These are a few of my favorite things… Did you just sing that out loud?! I thought it would be a fun holiday gift guide post to include some of the things I absolutely love that would make great gifts. Just as a note: I own all of these items and all opinions are my own!
Here are some of my favorite things:
Eat More Dessert: What a great title, right? This book by Jenny Keller is really good. She offers dessert decorating tips and there’s some fun party theme ideas in the book as well. She’s opening a dessert shop where she lives, and I would love to visit one day. I follow her on Instagram and Facebook and also love checking out her Website. And now I sound like a stalker 😉
Bronze and Crystal Chandelier: This chandelier is in my dining room, and it’s probably my favorite purchase ever because of the deal I got on it! I purchased it a few months before we moved back to our hometown for less than $200. The price fluctuates a ton on Amazon, but you can add it to your cart and follow along as the price goes up and down. I’ve never seen it below $200 since I bought it a few years ago, but it was recently all the way down to $225, so if you’re interested, add it to your cart and watch the price. It’s huge, puts out a ton of light and looks very classy over our dining room table.
Kate Spade Watch: I love this watch. I have it in a two tone silver and gold, which goes perfectly with everything. The watch face is a bit large, but I love that about it. I’ve had the watch for a few years, and I still wear it quite often. It can really dress up an outfit.
Winter Wonderland Candle: I LOVE this candle. It’s a great scent for the holidays and also for after the season as well. I have a few in stock at my house already. 😉 Sleigh Ride, Hickory Hearth and Cozy Nights are also some great scents as well. I used Sleigh Ride last year for the holidays.
The Cookies and Cups Cookbook: I love desserts, and this book has a ton of great dessert ideas! I haven’t made a lot of things from it yet, but I do plan to soon. If you know someone that loves to bake, you can’t go wrong with this book or the Eat More Dessert book. They’re both great!
Sperry Saltwater Duck Boot: I brought these with me to Italy because I was worried about the amount of rain we would be in, and these were super comfortable. Fortunately, I didn’t have to wear them all that much, but I loved them. These boots come in a ton of colors if the light oatmeal and white aren’t your thing!
Leather Boots: I have wide calves, and I’m short, so that makes it a little hard for me to find boots that fit, but I love these. They are definitely wide at the top, so I don’t recommend them for ladies with small/thin calves, but they work great for me, and I can wear them hours and hours without any problems!
Gold Picture Frames: These gold frames are the ones I used to create the gallery wall in our home. They were a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend at the time, but my mom was with me and encouraged me to get them, and I’m so glad I did. The gold is perfect for our decor, and I love the white mat that dresses up the frame a little bit more. Looking to create an OCD gallery wall? Pick up these frames ASAP!
Buffet Table: I absolutely love this buffet. I really wanted something that wasn’t too deep for our breakfast room because that room is tiny, and this buffet is perfect for our space. Wait around for a nice sale or big discount too. We got it under $400! I know this one is a bit pricey compared to everything else, but if you’re buying this gift for your wife, I promise she’ll love it! 😉
Initial Necklace: My mom gave me a necklace similar to this one (in gold and silver), and I absolutely love it. It would make a great gift for a special lady in your life!
Those are just 10 of my current favorite things. Do you love any of those for yourself or plan to buy one for someone? Comment with your favorites! I’m always on the hunt for great, affordable gift ideas.
